SNTO Science of academy is researching and educating center of our company, it is engaged in technology innovation, management and research and employee’s training. Research Institute of Science Technology, Research Institute of Management and SNTO University are its subordinate units.

At present main science institute is Hunan Province Aluminum Manufacturing Engineering Research Center which is founded by Hunan Suntown Technology Group Co.,Ltd and Central South University; it is resource integration center for development, research and production of Hunan Aluminum Industry and research, development and innovation base. The center is consist of a group of outstanding experts with excellent research abilities and rich experience in the center; the center tries to break through significant common characters and key technology problems depend on science and technology power of Central South University, and then promote the generalization and application of industrial technology achievements and industrialization.

Research Institute of Management is consist of a group of experts with rich experience and is engaged in systematic researching management thought, management theory, management technology, management method ,management experience, management system and management tools of world advanced production and management ; strives to develop an advanced and satisfactory management system .

Take building study ability of the enterprise as our own duty; improve its service ability to the development of enterprise through construction and broadcasting of enterprise culture, talents cultivation of management group, improvement of management experience and knowledge innovation.
